Before you send

  • · The FAQ answers most common questions about Group Mode, hibernation, refunds, and setup.
  • · For server issues, paste your dashboard URL or token into the “Order reference” field. Lets us pull up the right server in seconds instead of asking you for it back.
  • · Server down right now? Check the live status page first — if it shows an incident, we're already on it; if everything reads green, the issue may be local to your connection or game client.
