Acceptable Use Policy

Don't use Ember Hosting to:

  • Run anything other than the supported game-server workload the VM is provisioned for.
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks, port-scan, or otherwise abuse network resources.
  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, or copyrighted content you don't have the right to share.
  • Host content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where the VM is located.
  • Harass, dox, or threaten other players or our staff.

We reserve the right to suspend any rental that triggers abuse complaints from our upstream providers (Hetzner). In most cases, we'll contact you first.
