Always-on vs Group Mode?

Always-on runs for 3, 7, or 30 days straight, billing the same whether anyone's on or not — pick this if you're running a public Discord server. Group Mode only bills while the server's actually running and hibernates a few minutes after the last person logs off. A quiet weekday costs you nothing.

Does it auto-renew?

No. We email you before a rental ends — 7 days and 1 day out for Always-on, 80% and 95% used for Group Mode. Extending is one click on the dashboard.

Can I admin the server?

Yes. Restart, rename, change passwords, set up owners, flip game-mode presets — all from the dashboard. No SFTP, no third-party panel.

Why is EU cheaper than US?

Hetzner prices their EU datacenters below the US ones. We pass it through rather than flattening the price.

What happens when the bundle ends?

Always-on rentals tear down on the expiry date. Group Mode tears down when the bundle runs out. Either way, the world save sits in a snapshot for 90 days, so you can come back without losing anything.

Can I get a refund?

Within 24 hours of buying, yes. Anytime the service fails us, also yes. The refund policy has the details.
